Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on level, stable floor.

  1. Remove packaging: Take off all tape and protective materials.
  2. Position unit: Ensure at least 12 inches of clearance on all sides for airflow.
  3. Check bucket: Ensure water bucket is correctly inserted.
  4. Plug into grounded 115V outlet.

First-Time Setup

Plug in dehumidifier; control panel will light up.

Connecting Drain Hose

For continuous drainage, use 5/8" inner diameter garden hose (not included).

  1. Turn off and unplug dehumidifier.
  2. Remove bucket and locate drain port on back.
  3. Insert hose into port; ensure secure connection.
  4. Route hose to floor drain or suitable outlet (downward slope required).
  5. Replace bucket (unit will not operate without bucket inserted).

Tip: Ensure hose is not kinked and outlet is lower than drain port for gravity flow.

Operation Modes

Auto Mode: Maintains set humidity automatically. Continuous Mode: Runs continuously until turned off or bucket is full.

  1. Power on: Press POWER button.
  2. Select mode: Auto (default) or press and hold HUMIDITY for 3 seconds for Continuous.
  3. Adjust settings: Use HUMIDITY, FAN, TIMER as needed.
  4. Monitor: Display shows current humidity and operation status.
  5. Bucket full: Unit shuts off; empty bucket and reinsert to resume.

WARNING! Do not operate without filter or bucket. Empty bucket promptly to prevent overflow.

Maintenance

Unplug before cleaning. Clean filter every 2 weeks or as needed.

  1. Filter: Remove, wash with warm water and mild detergent, air dry completely before reinstalling.
  2. Bucket: Empty and clean with mild detergent; rinse thoroughly.
  3. Exterior: Wipe with damp cloth; do not use abrasive cleaners.
  4. Coils: Vacuum gently if dusty; do not bend fins.

CAUTION! Do not immerse unit in water. Never use harsh chemicals on plastic parts.
