Installation & Placement

Drainage Options

Bucket Drainage: Manual emptying when full (recommended for low humidity areas). Continuous Drainage: For unattended operation.

  1. Locate the drain port on the back of the unit.
  2. Remove the drain port cap.
  3. Connect a standard garden hose (not included). Ensure hose runs downhill without kinks.
  4. Place the other end of the hose into a floor drain or suitable outlet.
  5. The bucket can remain in place; water will bypass it and drain continuously.

CAUTION! Ensure hose connection is secure to prevent leaks. Check hose periodically for clogs.

Care & Storage

When not in use for extended periods:

  1. Unplug the unit.
  2. Empty and clean the water bucket. Allow to dry.
  3. Clean the air filter and let it dry completely.
  4. Run the unit in FAN ONLY mode for a few hours to dry internal components.
  5. Coil the power cord and secure with a twist tie.
  6. Store upright in a cool, dry place. Cover to prevent dust accumulation.
