Installation & Placement

WARNING! Unplug unit before any maintenance. Do not use water above 104°F on filter.

Water Removal Options

Two methods for water removal: Collection tank or continuous drain.

Collection Tank: 14-pint capacity with handle and splash guard. When full, unit shuts off and FULL light illuminates. Empty tank and replace to resume operation.

Continuous Drain: Connect 5/8" ID hose to rear port. Place hose in floor drain or suitable outlet. Ensure hose has downward slope without kinks. Unit will drain continuously without need to empty tank.

Care & Storage

For seasonal storage or extended non-use:

  1. Unplug unit and empty water tank completely.
  2. Clean filter and let dry completely.
  3. Run fan-only mode for 24 hours to dry internal components.
  4. Clean exterior and coils.
  5. Store in upright position in dry, covered area.
  6. Cover unit to prevent dust accumulation.

CAUTION! Do not store with water in tank. Protect from freezing temperatures.
