  2. Check Clearance: Ensure at least 12 inches of clearance on all sides, especially air intake and exhaust.
  3. Level Surface: Unit must be level for proper bucket operation and to prevent leaks.
  4. Power Connection: Plug directly into a grounded 115V, 60Hz outlet. Do not use an extension cord.

WARNING! Do not install in areas below 41°F (5°C). Ensure the power cord is not pinched or damaged.

Specifications

Controls and Settings

Access all functions via the digital Control Panel. Front Panel: POWER, HUMIDITY, FAN SPEED, TIMER, FILTER RESET.

Control Functions: POWER turns unit on/off. HUMIDITY cycles through set points (35%-85%). FAN SPEED toggles between High and Low. TIMER sets 24-hour schedule. FILTER RESET resets the filter maintenance alert.

Display Icons: Bucket Full indicator, Filter Clean reminder, Target Humidity level, Fan Speed icon, Timer status. The unit will automatically shut off when the bucket is full or removed.

Connecting Drain Hose

For continuous operation, connect a standard ¾" garden hose (not included).

  1. Turn off and unplug the dehumidifier.
  2. Remove the bucket. Locate the drain port on the back of the unit.
  3. Insert the hose connector into the drain port and twist to secure.
  4. Route the hose to a floor drain, sink, or sump pump. Ensure the hose has a downward slope.
  5. Replace the bucket. The unit will now drain continuously; the bucket will not fill.

Tip: Ensure the hose is not kinked or elevated above the drain port, which can prevent drainage.

Operating Modes

Supports standard dehumidification and timer modes.

  1. Normal Mode: Unit runs until target humidity is reached, then cycles fan to maintain it.
  2. Continuous Mode: Set humidity to the lowest setting (35%); unit runs constantly.
  3. Timer Mode: Set a schedule for the unit to turn on/off automatically each day.
  4. Fan Only Mode: Press FAN SPEED when unit is off to run the fan without dehumidifying.

WARNING! Do not operate in temperatures below 41°F (5°C). The evaporator coil may frost, reducing efficiency and potentially damaging the unit.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Unplug unit before any maintenance.

  1. Emptying Bucket: Remove bucket when full (indicator light on). Pour out water, dry interior, and reinsert securely.
  2. Cleaning Air Filter: Remove filter every 2 weeks or when FILTER light illuminates. Wash with warm, soapy water, rinse, and air dry completely before reinstalling. Press FILTER RESET.
  3. Cleaning Exterior: Wipe cabinet with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasives.
  4. End-of-Season Storage: Empty and clean bucket. Run unit in Fan Only mode for 30 minutes to dry internal components. Coil power cord. Store in a dry, covered location.

CAUTION! Never immerse the unit in water. Do not operate without the air filter installed.
