Installation

Maintenance & Cleaning

Unplug unit before performing any maintenance.

  1. Clean air filter: Remove filter every 2 weeks or when FILTER indicator lights. Wash with warm water and mild detergent, rinse thoroughly, and air dry completely before reinstalling.
  2. Clean water bucket: Empty and clean bucket monthly with mild detergent to prevent mold and mildew.
  3. Clean exterior: Wipe cabinet with soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  4. Check drain hose: If using continuous drain, ensure hose is clear of obstructions.
  5. End-of-season cleaning: Before storage, run unit in fan-only mode for several hours to dry internal components.

WARNING! Never operate without filter installed. Do not immerse unit in water.

Storage Instructions

When not in use for extended periods:
