Installation & Placement

  2. Continuous drainage: Connect 5/8" ID hose to drain port, place other end in floor drain/sump. Unit drains automatically; no need to empty tank.
  3. Water disposal: Empty tank promptly; do not drink collected water.

WARNING! Do not move unit with full water tank. Empty tank before transportation.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Unplug before maintenance. Clean every 2 weeks during heavy use.

  1. Air filter: Remove, wash with mild detergent, rinse, dry completely before reinstalling.
  2. Water tank: Clean monthly with mild solution to prevent mold/mildew.
  3. Exterior: Wipe with damp cloth; do not use harsh chemicals.
  4. Coils: Vacuum dust from rear coils every 3 months.
