Connecting Drainage

Continuous drain option eliminates need to empty bucket manually.

  1. Turn off and unplug unit.
  2. Remove bucket access panel.

Tip: For basement use, hose can drain directly to floor drain. Check local codes for drainage requirements.

Operation Modes

Three operating modes for different needs.

  1. Normal Mode: Runs until set humidity is reached, then cycles on/off automatically.
  2. Continuous Mode: Runs constantly regardless of humidity level (use with drain hose).
  3. Dryer Mode: Fan runs continuously while compressor cycles for faster drying.
  4. Auto Restart: After power interruption, resumes previous settings automatically.
  5. Defrost Cycle: Automatically activates when coil temperature drops below 41°F.

WARNING! Do not operate in freezing conditions. Ice may form on coils, reducing efficiency and potentially damaging unit.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity.

Daily/Weekly: Empty water bucket as needed. Clean bucket with mild detergent to prevent mold/mildew.

Monthly: Clean air filter: Remove, wash with warm soapy water, rinse, dry completely before reinstalling. Press FILTER RESET button after cleaning.
